Component manufacturing offers numerous advantages. Having production and delivery coordinated through a single source reduces your administrative and warehousing costs, as it’s no longer necessary to temporarily store individual parts or components in various stages of production. Additionally, you can place blanket orders to have certain quantities delivered on a certain day of the week.
Since we’ve worked with the same great partners for many years, we can also supply flame-cut, laser-cut or folded parts, water jet cuts and welded components for you. We also have excellent contacts with companies that offer CNC grinding.
If necessary, any of these parts can be mechanically finished in-house. We also cooperate with partners who offer surface finishing (vibratory grinding, burnishing, galvanizing, chrome plating, painting, powder coating).
